Additional services

Of course you can book upgrades - these will be charges additionally (e.g. outside cabin or single occupancy). This can be selected while registering for the conference via the application form on the homepage. Changes of additional services are only possible as long as the participation fee has not been paid yet.

Registration

Please register via the online application formThen, you will be automatically sent a generated e-mail with your login data, your participation charge and information about your user account. Please pay the participation charge (free of expense) after the registration into the conference account.

For your transaction, note the dates mentioned above. After February 16th, you will be charged the increased participation fee.

Cabin reservation

As soon as we have received the participation charge, you will have the possibility to reserve a cabin under Meine Tagung and then "Ihre Kabinenreservierung".

There is a double occupancy planned (as long as you have not chosen the single cabin as additional service) so that you have to book two people for one cabin! You have two options:

1. You are the first to reserve a cabin and now want to add another one to your cabin:
- Your type of cabin is already shown.
- Leave the fields "Kabinen Nummer" and "Passwort" empty.
- Click "Kabine reservieren".
- The booking system now generates a cabin number and a password which are shown to you together with an input field for an e-mail address.
- You can send this data via e-mail to the person with whom you want to share the cabin. The second person can reserve the cabin with this information.
- Type the corresponding e-mail address into the input field and click "Kabinendaten senden".

2. You are the second to register for an already engaged cabin:
- Choose "als 2. Person einbuchen".
- Enter the cabin number and the password from the e-mail sent to you by your cabin partner.
- Click "Kabine reservieren".
- The booking system checks whether you have booked and paid the same cabin category as your cabin partner and then, after a successful check, reserves the cabin for you.

Cabin allotment

As soon as your cabin is fully engaged, your cabin at the Color Line will be reserved. After you have received the confirmation, you can find your cabin under Meine Tagung as confirmed.

After logging in under Meine Tagung, you can access information about the transaction of your conference charge.
